Thai Village Outreach

Pray for a new outreach in the Asia Pacific region. Garret Boren serves in Thailand. The veteran missionaries that Garret serves with conduct outreaches in local villages. They have already planted two Thai churches in the nearby area. These churches “are growing with steady perseverance.” The missionaries are extending outreach into another village “where there is no known Christian presence.” During these weekly outreaches the church team teaches English and shares Bible stories. Pray for God’s blessings over this village ministry.

  • Garret asks for prayer for favor with neighbors and village leaders.
  • Pray for God’s help as they continue planting seeds and sharing Jesus’ love.
  • Pray that God calls a family in the village to turn to Him.

There are many unreached people in Thailand. Pray that God will call workers to reach both rural villages and large cities, bringing His Word to lost souls.

New Home for Map Ammarit Church

During April, the team at Map Ammarit Church moved into a new location. They held a soft opening on April 13, and officially opened on Easter Sunday, April 20. “It was a joyful and powerful day,” says AGWM workers Matt and Amy Baldwin. This new space can seat about 40 people. However, there are plans for expansion: “Lord willing, next year [we] hope to build a larger worship hall that will accommodate up to 100.” Pray that people will come to their current space, and pray for their future plans. 

  • Please pray that people will experience spiritual transformations in this new facility.
  • Pray that the congregation continues to grow, and they can successfully expand their facilities.
